Fantastic service, consistently. I have used Peterson Salt previously for salt delivery, water testing, and general questions. They are professional, on time, highly knowledgeable. They are willing to take the time to answer questions/share their expertise – not just perform the service and go.
Before hiring Peterson Salt, I had issues with appliances, furnace, water heater due to the hard water in my area. Peterson Salt discovered the builders had set the cycle too low (the softener didn’t cycle often enough for the almost 30 grains hard water) – they reset that to the appropriate cycling. I had my dishwasher cleaned the same day by another company, and I now have no more etching with my dishwasher. We use a lot less soap in the laundry, shower, etc. as well! Excellent service and guidance, would definitely recommend to others.
