The team at Peterson Salt and Water were delightful. Customer support was helpful and courteous while the service engineer's friendliness was exceeded only by his capabilities. The engineer arrived on time, fixed our softener quickly, and answered all of my questions. I recommend Peterson fully and without hesitation.

Garrett was right on time at 1:00 p.m. which was great. He came prepared to work on the head of the Culligan 100 softener which we looked at immediately upon his arrival. We both decided it was to old and non-functional so I (Bruce) made the decision to install the new Clack Water softener. Garrett was very knowledgeable and proficient in removing the old Culligan unit and then installing the new Clack unit. I highly recommend him to others,
